Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Malaysia to manage end-to-end import/export operations for GPUs and electronics, coordinating with suppliers, brokers and forwarders to ensure compliant, timely shipments for data centre projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Procurement, PMC, Finance, Quality, and Engineering, and requires experience with Malaysian customs and HS code classifications while supporting urgent recovery and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain.
• Hands-on knowledge of Malaysia import/export processes and customs clearance.
• Experience with electronics, semiconductor, or high-value IT hardware preferred.
• Experience dealing with customs brokers and international freight forwarders preferred.
• Strong understanding of HS codes, COO/Form E, and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export processes for GPUs, ICs, electronic components, equipment and other critical materials into Malaysia and other countries.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely customs declaration and clearance.
• Monitor shipments from supplier pickup through Malaysia customs clearance and final delivery.
• Maintain and improve import/export SOPs, checklists and documentation requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Quality, Engineering and after-sales teams.
