Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a competent Supply Chain Manager for our KL office to oversee procurement of materials, subcontracting works, and supplier management for construction projects. You will coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery and cost control, review requisitions, and forecast monthly cash flow while handling contract administration and variation orders.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Diploma/degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of raw materials and subcontracting works.
• Source reliable suppliers and contractors to keep project costs in check and maximize savings.
• Verify and approve purchase requisitions with cost comparisons and alternatives.
• Approve materials requisitions, site measurements, progress claims and invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement and on-time delivery.
• Handle procurement administration and ad-hoc tasks.
• Plan and forecast monthly cash flow and expenses.
• Manage contract administration, payments, and variation orders.
