Job summary

Forest City Marina Hotel in Gelang Patah, Johor is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the golf course turf and landscape. You will perform mowing, fertilizing, aerating, irrigation, and overseeding to keep the turf healthy and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities include caring for trees, shrubs and flower beds, applying pest and disease management, preparing the course for daily play by placing tee markers and raking bunkers, and ensuring equipment is safe and PPE is worn.

• Care for the overall landscape of the golf course, including the upkeep of trees, shrubs, and flower beds
• Apply pest and disease management practices to protect turf and plants
• Prepare the course for daily play by positioning tee markers, raking bunkers, and installing flagsticks
• Carry out routine checks on equipment before operation and ensure all machinery is cleaned after use
• Comply with all safety regulations and always use the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
