COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to uphold stringent laboratory standards in a manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on implementing and following Quality System documents, performing testing, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping across processes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in a related science field with at least three years’ experience in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related science field with at least 3 years of lab experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings.
• Experience in quality control, testing, and documentation.
• Shift work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Quality System Implementation - Implement and comply with Quality System documents by performing testing and analysis strictly in accordance with procedures and documentation requirements.
• Sample and Sampling Management - Receive, document, and manage samples from production with proper record-keeping.
• Microbiological and Chemical Testing - Maintain GMP-compliant records and support validation activities.
• Laboratory Equipment and 5S - Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; ensure cleanliness and organization per 5S.
• Reference Standards and Chemical Handling - Use reference standards and chemicals per procedures and documentation requirements.
• Training and Compliance - Participate in training, pass assessments, and implement tasks per established standards.
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.
