The role requires strong leadership, Lean expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, cost, and delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Operations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Experience in gloves/latex industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clear manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead site manufacturing operations with accountability for performance and capacity.
• Drive quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
