The ideal candidate brings senior operations leadership with direct exposure to glove production, plus a track record of improving productivity, efficiency and cost-effectiveness while coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large manufacturing and technical teams at senior level.
• Strong background in glove manufacturing or related medical device production.
• Proven ability to drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee manufacturing and technical operations across the facility.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery requirements are met.
• Oversee production capacity, equipment utilization and operational performance.
• Mentor and develop senior operational teams and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Report performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
