Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Product Owner to optimise web growth and the conversion funnel across global markets. You will own end‑to‑end strategies for organic acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, and funding, applying AI‑assisted prototyping and personalised journeys.

You will leverage Adobe Analytics, Target, AEP, and AEM to drive measurable uplift and maintain a CRO knowledge base for rapid, scalable experimentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior product/ CRO roles with hands-on web/app funnel ownership.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for WRB markets.
• Expert in Adobe Analytics, Target, AEP and AEM without analyst support.

Responsibilities

• Own global web growth and conversion roadmap across web & mobile.
• Drive organic growth: SEO, site structure, and discoverability.
• Diagnose with Adobe Analytics and quantify revenue/traffic impact.
• Generate, prioritise, document testable hypotheses: UX, journey, content.
• Design and run A/B/multivariate tests end-to-end; QA and interpretation.
• Prototype variants with AI-assisted design tools; contribute hands-on.
• Own retargeting/personalisation journeys using Adobe Target/AEP/AEM.
• Build an CRO knowledge base across markets; share learnings.
