HSBC Holdings plc in Malaysia is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to join International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB). You will work with colleagues to display HSBC values and drive sales, delivering the HSBC customer experience to a broad client base.

Formación

• Min Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of self-discipline, accountability and willingness to learn from mistakes to avoid repeated errors.
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring affluent segment with strong products knowledge in Cards, Loan and Borrowing products.
• Multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin) to cater to diverse customer segments.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retail business in line with IWPB strategic direction.
• Support and engage in roadshows or events including approach prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result.
• Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• To champion and drive a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience.
• Provide quality after sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training within deadlines.
• Support achievement of HSBC vision, values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making.
• Demonstrate effectiveness, strong team player and Can-Do spirit by sharing knowledge and good practice.
• Understand and adhere to regulations and regulatory guidance promptly by reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures.
• Ensure adherence to applicable Global, regional and country standards and policies.
• Safeguards the Bank from loss and always protects the Bank’s reputation.
• Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with Section 4 of the Group Operations FIM
