Job summary

Ai Signature Vacations Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development/Sales professional to promote travel products, conduct presentations, roadshows and promotional activities, and to build strong client relationships in assigned territories.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in BD, sales or tourism. Travel to outstation sites and occasional weekend or public holiday events are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, marketing, business, event management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, tourism or related industry.
• Experience with government agencies, GLCs or corporate organizations is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel outstation and attend events including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's travel products and services to clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within assigned territories.
• Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and tour arrangements.
