Job summary

H&M in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking two Transit Associates to support transit operations across sea, air, and road freight within a global supply chain. You will plan and coordinate transport activities, manage documentation processes, collaborate with external partners, and contribute to operational excellence.

As part of the Logistics team, you will work with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely cargo movement while maintaining high data quality

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of international transportation across sea, air, and road freight.
• Experience with customs documentation and customs formalities.
• Strong administration and documentation management skills.
• Fluency in English; local language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing cargo movements across transport modes.
• Ensure accurate handling and maintenance of shipment documentation.
• Support customs-related activities and transit documentation requirements.
• Monitor transit shipments and help resolve operational issues and deviations.
• Review freight and service invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Support insurance claims and transport-related administrative activities.
