Job summary

WD is seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance Project Lead to manage ERP-related initiatives across the organization. You will translate regulatory requirements into system designs for GTM and Customs, coordinate with IT and partners, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in global trade and ERP, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with GTM and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; professional certifications welcome.
• 5–7 years in global trade compliance, import/export operations, ERP, or project-based roles.
• Advanced knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global trade and ERP projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality.
• Document project scope, deliverables, requirements, tasks, and timelines.
• Translate regulatory requirements into designs for GTM, Customs, and ERP platforms.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and report status to leadership.
• Coordinate with Global Trade, IT, and external partners during configuration and deployment.
• Analyze import/export data to identify compliance gaps and automation opportunities.
• Lead testing, UAT, and deployment for trade compliance processes.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and end-user training; support change management.
• Present operational metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach junior analysts and cross-train team members.
