• Manage International Freight Forwarding companies & customs brokers for customers.
• Coordinate all documentation for movement of shipments.
• Ensure prompt and effective customs entry of international cargo.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and IATA/IMDG guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders using project management communications.
• Handle ad-hoc customer solutions projects and resolve discrepancies using RCCA.
