Job summary

Averis is seeking an analytical and business-oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager to drive total rewards strategies, cost budgeting, and governance across our Global Shared Service Centre. You will help ensure market-competitive rewards and sustainable people practices in support of business growth.

You will collaborate with Finance and senior stakeholders on headcount planning, cost projections and performance-driven rewards. Experience in Workday and Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with focus on Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and compensation modelling.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structures, rewards cycles and benefits management.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, HR and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a multinational organisation or Global Shared Service Centre is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Workday, Power BI or other HR analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage salary structures and market benchmarking.
• Lead end-to-end annual personnel cost budgeting, forecasting and monitoring.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders on headcount planning and cost optimisation.
• Manage annual salary increments, bonus and compensation reviews.
• Provide strategic guidance on salary adjustments, promotions and policies.
• Drive HR analytics, data reporting, process improvements and automation.
