Job summary

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a senior leader to drive Group Total Rewards strategy, design, optimization and governance, and to establish a robust HR analytics framework across the Group. The role involves advising HR and business leaders, coordinating across multiple business entities, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while maintaining data governance and high performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Statistics or related field.
• Additional certification in compensation and benefits-related courses is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Analytics, including group-level or multi-business exposure.
• Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, benefits design, data analytics, stakeholder advisory and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group Total Rewards design, governance and benchmarking.
• Design, review and harmonize compensation, benefits and incentive frameworks.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Advise HR and business leaders on rewards and HR analytics matters.
• Drive change management and implementation across operating entities.
• Monitor market, regulatory and analytics trends for enhancements.
