Responsibilities include defining tailored live operation strategies, optimizing live room performance, and leading a team to execute large-scale campaigns while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

• Experience leading end-to-end TikTok live e-commerce operations for global brands.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, ROI, and profitable delivery across markets.

Responsibilities

• Define tailored TikTok live operation and campaign strategies for global brands.
• Oversee daily live streaming and large-scale promotional campaigns to hit GMV and profit targets.
• Optimize live room performance, host SOPs, and content scenarios for acquisition and retention.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently with tiered SOPs and team training.
• Conduct regular business reviews, deliver data reports, and roadmap optimizations for renewals.
