Job summary

Aurora Talent seeks a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to lead strategic workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, and international mobility, while overseeing HR budgeting and HRIS governance for the group.

The role partners with senior leaders to align manpower plans with business goals, manage regional office setups, expat packages, and ensure compliance and robust HR analytics across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Workforce Planning & Global Mobility: forecast staffing needs, optimize org structures, align manpower budgets with business goals.
• Talent Acquisition & Strategic Sourcing: lead end-to-end recruitment, manage Executive Search and EOR partnerships for local and overseas expansion.
• HR Budgeting & Financial Control: consolidate, review, and manage cross-departmental HR budgets; prepare board-level budget decks and analyses.
• HRIS, Analytics & Operations: oversee master data integrity in SAP and TalentOz, deliver HR metrics and analytics to leadership.
• Employee Engagement & Corporate Events: conceptualize and execute major corporate events including budget, logistics, and vendor management.
