Airswift in Asia manages talent acquisition for the Asia/ANZ region from its hub in Malaysia. The Talent Acquisition Analyst/Senior Analyst role focuses on supporting the global talent banking process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring the right fit for client requirements.

Key activities include screening, sourcing across job boards and networks, maintaining a live candidate network, and delivering excellent service to Sales and Recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Dynamic, proactive, and KPI-driven with strong organization.
• Able to source via job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Excellent English, Malay, and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure candidates screened possess the correct skillset and qualifications.
• Source new candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Maintain candidate pools to ensure a ready network for new requirements.
• Interface weekly with Sales, Recruitment, and Management teams.
• Post and monitor job openings on platforms and Airswift website.
• Utilise ATS and advertising to attract candidates.
• Contribute to benchmarking projects, bids, and RFPs.
• Monitor market intelligence and share with the team.
