Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions in Penang seeks a dedicated supply planner to develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) that meets customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production capacity.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and procurement to gather forecasts and material availability, analyze data for risks and opportunities, participate in S&OP meetings, monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and drive process improvements in the GSP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production capacity.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and procurement to gather demand forecasts, production capabilities, and material availability information.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and methodologies to create accurate and actionable supply plans.
• Monitor KPIs related to supply chain performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations on supply chain strategies.
• Manage inventory levels across various locations, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing obsolescence.
• Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GSP planning function.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management.
