Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Business Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end global SCP processes. You will own process governance, lead Oracle Cloud SCP implementations, and partner with regional teams to enable scalable planning that supports growth and customer commitments.

The role requires transformational leadership, deep SIOP expertise, and the ability to influence across Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of business experience in Supply Chain Planning, SIOP Management, or related domains.
• Proven experience leading global business process optimization and enterprise system implementations, with Oracle Cloud SCP.
• Strong understanding of multi-echelon planning, material constraints, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand, Supply, SIOP, and inventory planning.
• Lead orchestration and configuration for Oracle Cloud SCP modules (Demand, Supply, SIOP, Inventory).
• Drive standardization, process improvements, and analytics across global planning centers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and regional teams to align planning with business goals.
• Support M&A integration and transition planning when required.
