Job summary

Brooks Automation in Malaysia seeks a Supply Chain Planning BPO/Lead to define, standardize, and transform end-to-end planning processes. You will own global governance for Demand Planning, MPS/MRP, SIOP, and inventory policies, with a focus on Oracle Cloud SCP implementations.

This role demands transformational leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and regional teams to drive scalable, compliant planning operations that support Brooks' growth and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning or SIOP.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCP.
• Global, cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience in highly constrained manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global SC planning processes including demand, supply, SIOP.
• Lead blueprinting, configuration, and validation for Oracle SCP modules.
• Drive standardization and analytics across planning centers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, Procurement, Finance, IT globally.
• Support M&A integration and organizational transformation.
