Job summary

Brooks Automation in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, seeks a Supply Chain Planning Business Transformation Lead to standardize and transform end-to-end planning processes across Demand, Supply, SIOP, and MPS/MRP, using Oracle Cloud SCP as the core. This onsite role partners with Global teams to enable scalable, compliant planning operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, SIOP Management, or related domain.
• Proven experience leading global process optimization and Oracle Cloud SCP implementations.
• Strong understanding of multi-echelon planning, capacity constraints, and their financial impacts.
• Experience in high-tech, capital equipment manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global initiatives.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand, Supply, SIOP, MPS/MRP).
• Lead blueprinting, configuration, and validation for Oracle Cloud SCP modules.
• Drive adoption of standard SCP functionalities and data governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT and regional teams for end-to-end process alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment across Plan-to-Make, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
