Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of professional work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, SCM or Distribution environments.
• Certified Purple Belt; Green/Black belt preferred.
• Experience in Six Sigma and FMEA methodologies.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to influence and lead through relationships and controls.
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
• Proficiency in English; excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize Nokia's analytical tools for global allocation.
• Drive scenario planning and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and integrate global policies.
• Collaborate in cross-functional efforts to meet revenue, on-time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in or lead global strategic supply chain initiatives.
