Job description

The position also involves strategic contributions such as developing and utilizing Nokia's analytical tools for global allocation, driving scenario planning, and identifying opportunities to reduce excess costs. Furthermore, the role requires leading process improvement initiatives, integrating global policies, and participating in cross-functional efforts to ensure business line revenue, on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics are met, often leading or participating in global strategic supply chain initiatives.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years of professional work experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge (6+years) of relevant experience in respective services (e.g. Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or Distribution environment)
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, FMEA)
• Certified purple badge required and green or black belt preferred
• Project management experience
• Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and monitoring processes
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills
