Job summary

Lam Research Salzburg GmbH in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager on a 1-year contract. You will act as a critical link between manufacturing and supply chain, driving material availability and on-time delivery while collaborating across functions.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills. On-site work with a hybrid approach is supported within our Global Operations Group.

Qualifications

• Good communication (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with a bachelor’s degree.
• Buyer and/or Order Fulfillment experience.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data in SAP and shortage tools to identify and elevate risks.
• Support expediting key material to meet manufacturing and delivery dates; interface with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Global Operations teams including Buyers, Commodity, Supplier Business Managers, Manufacturing, and Engineering to mitigate material allocation risks.
• Manage non-technical supply chain projects from initiation through delivery to improve processes.
• Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies and coordinate root cause corrective actions.
• Participate in projects to resolve problems and support continuous process improvement.
• Develop timely reports and KPIs to identify and monitor delivery challenges.
