Job summary

Brooks Automation in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, seeks a Supply Chain Planning Business Transformation Lead to define and standardize end-to-end planning processes. You will drive global governance across demand, supply, SIOP, and lead the Oracle Cloud SCP implementation to enable scalable, compliant planning aligned with Brooks' growth and digital agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning, SIOP or related domains.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud SCP experience and global implementations.
• Strong multi-echelon planning, capacity constraints, and cost impact knowledge.
• Experience in high-tech or capital equipment manufacturing preferred.
• Proven cross-functional, global leadership without direct authority.
• Strong process mindset and continuous improvement capability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting M&A integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand, Supply, SIOP).
• Lead blueprinting, configuration and validation of Oracle Cloud SCP modules.
• Maximize adoption of standard SCP functionalities and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Procurement and IT to align outputs.
• Ensure end-to-end integration across Plan-to-Make, Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Drive issue resolution across sites and multi-echelon hand-offs.
