Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO)/Lead to define, standardize, and transform end-to-end planning processes worldwide. You will own global governance across Demand, Supply, SIOP, and inventory and will lead the Oracle Cloud SCP deployment to drive scalability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of business experience in Supply Chain Planning, SIOP Management, or related process domains.
• Proven experience leading global business process optimization and enterprise system implementations, with specific hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCP.
• Strong understanding of multi-echelon supply chain planning, material constraints, capacity planning, and their financial and operational impacts.
• Experience with highly constrained, high-tech, or capital equipment manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex planning scenarios effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting M&A integration is preferred.
• Limited domestic and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and SIOP.
• Define future-state planning process architectures aligned with Brooks' operational strategy and delivery expectations.
• Lead Supply Chain Planning blueprinting, baseline configuration, and validation for Oracle Cloud SCP modules.
• Act as the functional expert to maximize adoption of standard Oracle Cloud SCP functionalities and ensure data integrity.
• Advocate for reducing manual and Excel-based planning through Oracle adoption and data governance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to align planning outputs with goals.
• Work with other BPOs to ensure end-to-end integration across Plan-to-Make, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Drive global alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution where planning ownership and constraints exist.
