Job summary

Brooks Automation Malaysia seeks a Planning Manager to lead Production Planning and Materials Planning, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations, optimized inventory, on-time customer delivery, and business growth. You will own demand-to-supply alignment, capacity planning, material readiness, production scheduling, and inventory management across Brooks Malaysia.

The role drives world-class planning processes, ERP discipline, and operational excellence within the Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10–12 years of supply chain or manufacturing ops experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing planners.
• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment or electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Planning and Materials Planning teams and set KPIs.
• Own Master Production Schedule and develop capacity plans.
• Manage material availability, shortages, and inventory policies.
• Support NPI, site transfers, and production ramps.
• Drive ERP/MRP discipline, dashboards, and data accuracy.
• Present planning performance and risks to senior management.
