Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning, balancing delivery requirements and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Parts, Customer Service and CM/ODM to align production and shipment plans with business goals.
• Use ERP systems for inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, and workflow management; manage relationships with suppliers/partners.
• Coordinate new product introductions (NPI), product transfer, and supply chain setup to ensure adequate materials, labor, and test capacity.
• May have global or multi-site inventory management responsibilities.
• Support factory processes for indirect channels and worldwide customer escalations.
• Work on production planning assignments with clearly defined objectives and solve limited scope problems.
