Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; up to 2 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and supply planning activities based on demand, forecast, backlog, material availability, and capacity.
• Monitor customer orders and delivery requirements to ensure on-time delivery and revenue objectives.
• Review demand and supply conditions and identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks via IRP and BRP.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Production, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Contract Manufacturers to resolve constraints.
• Manage and optimize finished goods, WIP, and material inventory while balancing service and targets.
• Drive planning actions like pull-in/push-out, material prioritization, and recovery planning based on changing requirements.
• Support NPI, product transfer, outsourcing, and lifecycle activities.
• Perform data analysis and provide visibility of gaps, risks, and inventory exposure.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean, digitalization, and planning transformation.
• Ensure planning activities comply with business processes, systems, and requirements.
• Provide timely escalation and recommendations on critical supply chain issues.
• Support ad hoc supply chain projects and responsibilities.
