Job summary

BloomThis Flora Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end materials flow for our flower and gifting business in Malaysia. This role blends sourcing, purchasing, international supplier development, cross-border logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations, with hands-on leadership across a growing team.

You will travel frequently, negotiate with overseas suppliers, and translate demand signals into actionable procurement and replenishment plans.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics or inventory management with team leadership.
• Strong international sourcing with overseas suppliers.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
• Mandarin/Chinese proficiency and good English.
• Understanding of landed cost and margin impact.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and purchasing for flowers, plants, packaging, gifting materials.
• Develop local and international supplier networks.
• Negotiate and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time and scalability.
• Manage end-to-end movement of goods from overseas to Malaysia.
• Determine best shipping methods balancing cost, lead time and inventory.
• Translate sales demand into purchasing and replenishment requirements.
• Own inventory accuracy and controls between physical and system records.
• Establish warehouse processes for receiving, storage, picking, issuing and transfers.
• Lead and develop a supply-chain team.
• Drive discipline and automation across procurement, inventory and warehouse operations.
