Job summary

Gradiant Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory control, and materials planning.

You will act as the main liaison between suppliers, project teams, engineering, and finance to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization. The role involves coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: manage the complete procurement cycle from sourcing to PO closure and negotiate terms for best value.
• Logistics Management: own inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate shipments, and manage customs where applicable.
• Inventory & Materials Management: monitor stock levels, establish reorder points, and ensure ERP inventory accuracy.
• Project Procurement & Supply Chain Support: support project milestones with procurement plans and supplier coordination.
• Compliance, Safety & Quality: ensure compliance with policies, HSSE requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
