Qualifications

• English fluency with strong technical writing
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/AS9100/ISO 13485/IATF 16949
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100/AS9000, ISO 13485/FDA, IATF 16949/VDA
• Minimum 9 years in quality management, quality engineering, auditing, or regulatory compliance
• Willingness to travel 50–75% globally

Responsibilities

• Lead global supplier audit program and scheduling
• Conduct supplier qualifications and SQMS audits across regions
• Maintain global auditor register and credentialing
• Track audit KPIs and report to senior leadership
• Drive SQMS documentation and global process standardization
• Coach suppliers on core quality methodologies (FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
• Support NPI and site changes with SQEs
