Job summary

Roland Berger in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an aspiring CTA intern to join a leading strategy consulting team. You will work with talented professionals, gain exposure to real client work, and build skills in analysis, communication, and project support.

You will participate in industry research, data translation, and hands-on administrative tasks to help consulting teams advance projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA graduates with an excellent academic record and outstanding analytical skills.
• Prior internship experience in research or consulting is preferred.
• Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (in Bahasa Malaysia and English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work full time from Monday to Friday.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Research industry information and translate data into meaningful insights.
• Analyze internal client data to determine issues that need to be addressed.
• Making cold calls to different stakeholders in each distribution channel in order to gain insights.
• Support consultant team with daily administrative tasks.
