Job summary

Bruker is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive commodity strategies and global supplier partnerships. You will guide a cross-functional team, optimize sourcing, and support NPI and mass production with a data-driven approach.

Proficiency in SAP and analytics tools is essential, along with a track record of delivering cost and efficiency gains. You will collaborate with manufacturing, design engineering and product management to ensure timely procurement, strong supplier performance, and

Qualifications

12+ years in manufacturing supply chain or procurement environment.
10+ years in purchasing or supply chain and 5+ years in strategic sourcing.
Proficient with ERP systems (SAP) and analytics tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
Strong MS Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
APICS/CPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and execute commodity strategies aligning with quality, cost, delivery goals.
Lead a commodity team and optimize supplier base and sourcing activities.
Manage global procurement of materials, services, and freight for NPI and mass production.
Develop supplier relationships to support short- and long-term needs.
Coordinate with product management and planning to meet delivery targets.
Negotiate global supply agreements and monitor KPIs for the team.
