Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Strategic Purchasing Manager to shape global sourcing strategies and strengthen the supplier network. You will leverage your supplier network and market insights to secure long-term partnerships and improve supply security across regions.

You will lead strategic sourcing projects, negotiate favorable terms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, lead times and supply solutions, driving resilience in the global supply chain.

Qualifications

5+ years in electronic components procurement or strategic sourcing.
Knowledge of manufacturers, authorized distributors and independent distributors.
Ability to lead complex procurement projects.
Strong negotiation and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key electronic components.
Build and integrate supplier networks including manufacturers and distributors.
Evaluate supplier reliability, supply capability, quality management and traceability.
Identify high-value suppliers and establish long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends, inventory cycles and pricing developments to identify risks and opportunities.
Lead sourcing projects and negotiate terms to optimize cost and lead time.
Collaborate with global teams to strengthen supply network competitiveness.
