Job summary

TTI Electronics Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Pricing Analyst to handle daily quotations for strategic customers, ensuring timely delivery of files and competitive pricing. You will develop pricing strategies, analyze lead-times and MOQs, and establish contract prices while coordinating with Account Managers, branches, and product teams to capitalize on business opportunities.

You must excel in Excel (VBA desired), communicate effectively in English, and be able to lead projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Diploma and above; 3 to 5 years’ working experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced Microsoft skills especially in Excel. Knowledge in VBA is desired.
Excellent spoken and written English to communicate.
Ability to lead projects and initiatives. To work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process daily quotations for strategic customers and ensure timely submission.
Establish contract prices and maintain updated cost data.
Analyse best pricing, lead-times, MOQs, and favourable terms.
Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers, branches, and product teams on opportunities.
Engage with suppliers to secure lowest pricing within required time frames.
Review quotes with account managers and execute matrices aligned with strategies.
Handle sensitive information per company security policy.
