Job summary

Premier Farnell in Malaysia is seeking a junior pricing analyst to support costing and quoting for customers, leveraging the global proposal desk practices and ERP to ensure timely, accurate pricing that complies with internal policies.

You will collaborate with materials, sales, program management, supplier BDMs, customer service and finance to ensure best costs for customers and contribute to pricing strategies and price books.

Qualifications

• Quotes for customers prepared accurately and on time.
• Pricing and cost proposals align with internal policies.
• Experience with ERP and pricing analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely quotes for customers using the global proposal workflow.
• Review price accuracy and competitiveness in pre/post sales.
• Develop pricing models and maintain customer price books.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to optimize costs.
• Produce reports on margin performance and opportunities.
