Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
At least 2 years of SRE, DevOps, cloud infra or operations experience.
Strong Linux, TCP/IP, Kubernetes, databases, SQL, Shell scripting, Python knowledge.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Tencent Cloud, or Azure cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting and automation.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Codex.
Bilingual in Chinese and English for cross-functional communication.
Ownership mindset and readiness for 24/7 on-call support.

Responsibilities

Handle daily SRE operations including CI/CD, capacity planning, monitoring, alerts, incidents.
Maintain high availability, performance and security while optimizing costs.
Design and build automation tools to improve reliability and productivity.
Standardize operational processes and document SOPs and guides.
Promote knowledge sharing and collaborate with development and infra teams.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure business continuity.
