Job summary

Initia International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage procurement, inventory, warehouse coordination, and logistics across Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.

The role covers sourcing, purchasing, storage, and movement of products and supplies to ensure timely, cost-efficient operations. You will negotiate terms with global suppliers, monitor performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to forecast needs and support new openings or events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals with relevant knowledge or learning agility
• Logistics-related experience is an advantage
• Interest in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems/software is an advantage
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and adaptable to rotational training
• Proficiency in Korean is an advantage where regular communication with Korean-speaking suppliers or stakeholders occurs

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, tracking, and supplier coordination
• Source and manage local and international suppliers for ingredients, beverages, packaging, equipment, and other supplies
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial conditions for cost savings
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and partners
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and delivery reliability; coordinate corrective actions
• Coordinate warehouse and inventory management including receiving, storage, rotation, replenishment, and stock checks
• Monitor inventory levels and consumption to avoid overstocking, shortages, expiry, and wastage
• Coordinate local and cross-border logistics between Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia
• Track international shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs
• Verify procurement, shipping, delivery, and inventory documentation
• Collaborate with F&B, Salon & Wellness, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and outlets to ensure timely supply
• Support procurement and supply chain planning for new outlets, renovations, events, and new concepts
• Analyze procurement, inventory, and logistics data; prepare reports for decision making and cost control
• Identify and implement improvements to procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes and SOPs
• Monitor potential supply disruptions and develop alternatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned
