Cheil Malaysia is seeking a meticulous Social Operations Executive to support Samsung’s global social media operations. The role focuses on social media operations and content quality-control, demanding high accuracy, organisation and ownership.

Responsibilities include reviewing content, aligning with brand and platform guidelines, and coordinating with teams in Singapore, Vietnam and Korea to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media operations, content management, quality assurance or other detail-heavy digital roles (e-commerce).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, typos and formatting issues.
• Strong written English and ability to correct grammar, spelling and tone.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate social media content before publication against platform, content and brand guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end content requests from content teams within agreed timelines.
• Review content for brand alignment, platform suitability, compliance and quality before publication.
• Coordinate with teams in Singapore, Vietnam and Korea to ensure seamless content workflows.
• Maintain trackers and documentation of content status, approvals and assets.
