Job summary

Gutor is a global manufacturer of UPS systems seeking a Shipping Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate import/export via sea and air, and handle LC documentation to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

Responsibilities include liaising with freight forwarders, preparing delivery orders and invoices, and maintaining audit-ready records. Strong English and MS Office skills required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of shipping or logistics experience.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, LC documentation, and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound shipments with courier tracking and updates.
• Plan and coordinate import/export shipments via sea and air freight.
• Manage LC documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Order and coordinate packing materials based on shipment specs.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate tracking sheets.
