Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant shipping or logistics operations experience.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Incoterms, LC documentation, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including courier tracking and updates.
• Plan and coordinate import/export shipments via sea and air freight.
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and ensure timely submission.
• Order and coordinate packing materials based on shipment specifications.
• Track outbound shipments and maintain accurate tracking sheets.
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or issues proactively.
• Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, shipping marks, and other related documents.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import duties, sales tax, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide shipment updates and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline shipping processes and reduce costs.
• Support logistics projects and initiatives as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping Operations:

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
