Job summary

Ultima Markets is seeking a talented SEO Manager to drive full-cycle SEO for a regulated, global trading platform, focusing on multilingual markets.

Plan technical audits, keyword research, content optimisations, and localised strategies; monitor performance and report insights to leadership.

Collaborate with Marketing, BI, Content, and Development teams; 4+ years in SEO; English and Chinese proficiency; familiarity with Google tools and CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with proven experience managing full-cycle SEO projects; international or multilingual SEO experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, iGaming, or other regulated industries is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficient in key SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Moz; WordPress CMS).
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimisation to improve organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fixes covering crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, hreflang, XML sitemaps, schema markup, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis across financial and trading topics, markets, and languages; optimise landing pages and product pages.
• Plan and optimise multilingual SEO and content strategies based on local keyword research and market trends.
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and prepare reports for internal reviews; track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with BI, Content, Editorial, and Development teams to implement recommendations and ensure regulatory compliance.
