Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional in Senai, Johor, to develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts across the US, Europe, Singapore and China. The role requires understanding customer roadmaps and delivering engineering solutions in collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Mechanical and Electrical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in semiconductor or related industries.
• Strong technical understanding with ability to interpret specifications and present engineering solutions.
• CRM, PowerPoint and Excel including data analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong negotiation, communication, market research and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts across global markets.
• Understand customer product roadmaps and provide value-added technical solutions with Engineering, R&D, Mechanical and Electrical teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, closing and post-sales follow-up.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, prepare business plans, pricing strategies and sales forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare technical presentations and communicate customer requirements and market feedback while protecting IP.
