Job summary

Fast Retailing is seeking an experienced Record-To-Report Operation Senior Analyst based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end RTR scopes across more than 18 countries, focusing on inter-company, fixed asset, and general ledger activities.

The role calls for oversight of master data, journals, reconciliations, and analytics, with strong IFRS and internal-control awareness. Collaboration with IT/SAP teams and stakeholders worldwide is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in Accounting/Finance or SSC with RTR exposure.
• Proficiency in SAP-based tools and BI suites; strong analytical and accuracy focus.
• Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR scope across 18+ countries, ensuring timely closing and accuracy.
• Maintain master data, journals, reconciliations, and accounting analysis per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls; support process improvements.
• Lead KPI reviews and drive productivity and standardization initiatives.
