Job summary

Ant International is seeking a highly strategic WorldFirst Risk Solution Manager to lead the risk intake process, aligning frontline units with CRO functions and serving as a trusted advisor to safeguard growth across cross-border payments.

This role requires embedding risk considerations into product design, partnering with product, tech and commercial teams, and translating complex risk concepts into clear business language for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk management, risk strategy, or compliance in fintech or banking.
• Proven business-facing risk partner bridging technical policies and commercial objectives.
• Holistic risk management with understanding of product design impact on fraud, AML and ops risk.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments balancing growth with risk.
• Excellent English communication, translating risk concepts into business language.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and build consensus.
• Proven capability to implement risk solutions and drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Act as the exclusive front-end interface for CRO functions to business departments.
• Receive, manage, and prioritize risk review requests for new products, markets, and customer segments.
• Develop one-stop, closed-loop risk solutions and act as internal risk consultant.
• Embed risk controls into the product development lifecycle from day one with cross-functional partners.
• Communicate complex risk assessments clearly to business leaders and drive alignment.
• Identify emerging risks in new initiatives and propose commercially viable solutions.
