Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Rider Experience Program Manager to plan, execute and govern strategic initiatives across 17 markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey. You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics to improve rider service and scale delivery performance.

The role requires strong program management, stakeholder influence, and change governance with a focus on measurable improvements in rider experience and cost efficiencies across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in operations or process optimisation.
• Experience in multi-market environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact programs driving efficiency and rider experience across markets.
• Define goals, milestones, and success criteria for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, risks, and resources.
• Use PM tools to track progress, escalate issues, and report KPIs to leadership.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and scale best practices across regions.
• Benchmark practices to scale and improve rider experience globally.
