Delivery Hero's foodpanda in Malaysia is seeking a Rider Experience Program Manager to plan, execute, and govern strategic initiatives across 17 markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey, aiming to optimize rider experience and scalable service delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, use data analytics to measure performance, drive improvements, and report to the Head of Rider Experience in Service Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management, operations, or process optimisation experience.
• Experience delivering complex programs in global or multi-market environments.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and governance.
• Experience in developing program management standards and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact programs driving operational efficiency and rider experience across markets.
• Develop clear goals, milestones, and success criteria for initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, risks, and resources.
