• Knowledge of procurement processes, bids, and vendor selection.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate site activities, monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and specs.
• Evaluate and select contractors based on qualifications and cost-effectiveness.
• Track KPIs, report status to stakeholders and manage change orders within budget.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality against local building codes.
• Document contracts, permits and drawings, and conduct regular progress meetings.
