DHL Express is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects within the Finance Operations shared services. You will drive business cases, pilot initiatives, and global/regional rollouts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead virtual or hybrid teams across multiple regions.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent is required.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, execution and close of projects within program boundaries.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across regions to meet scope, time and budget.
• Track dependencies, budget and resources; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and recommend data-driven mitigations.
• Lead workshops and design future state processes (As-Is/To-Be).
• Define KPIs and acceptance criteria to measure project benefits.
• Facilitate adoption of standardized project management practices globally.
